DeckLink IP HD provides two channels of video capture and two channels of video playback to SMPTE 2110 IP broadcast systems through a single 10G Ethernet connection, making it suitable for professional broadcast workflows in Bahrain. Its 10G BASE-T connection supports two input and two output channels, each up to 1080p60 with 16 audio channels.
The card supports SD and HD video standards including 525i59.94 NTSC, 625i50 PAL, 720p and 1080i or 1080p formats up to 60 frames per second. It supports professional codecs including AVC-Intra, AVCHD, HEVC, DNxHR, DNxHD, Apple ProRes, Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2, Uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2 and Uncompressed 10-bit 4:4:4.
DeckLink IP HD supports 8, 10 and 12-bit RGB 4:4:4 up to 1080p30 and 8 or 10-bit YUV 4:2:2 in all modes, with REC 601, REC 709 and REC 2020 color spaces. Hardware-based real-time color space conversion supports professional video processing workflows.
For IP video, the card complies with SMPTE 2110-20 for uncompressed video, SMPTE 2110-21 for traffic shaping, SMPTE 2110-30 for PCM audio and SMPTE 2110-40 for ancillary data. It also supports IEEE 1588-2008 PTP v2, ST 2059-1 and ST 2059-2, along with NMOS IS-04 and IS-05 for discovery, registration and connection management.
The PCI Express 4-lane Generation 2 interface is compatible with supported 4, 8 and 16-lane slots, while its low-profile design enables flexible installation. It works with Mac, Windows and Linux systems and supports applications including DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer.
