Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 4.6K G2 is a next generation digital film camera with updated electronics and a high performance 4.6K HDR image sensor for shooting at up to 300 frames per second in Qatar. It features a Super 35mm 4.6K sensor with 15 stops of dynamic range, built-in optical ND filters, and an interchangeable EF lens mount that can be swapped for optional PL, B4, or F mounts. The camera supports Blackmagic RAW and ProRes recording to dual CFast or dual SD cards, along with USB-C expansion for recording directly to external disks. It also includes external broadcast-style controls, a backlit status display, and a foldout touchscreen monitor.
The camera provides multiple shooting resolutions, including 4.6K, 4K, Ultra HD, 3K Anamorphic, 2K, and Full HD. Blackmagic RAW supports high-speed recording up to 120 fps at 4.6K, 150 fps in UHD Windowed, and 300 fps in HD Windowed. ProRes recording supports up to 80 fps at 4.6K, 120 fps in UHD Windowed, and 240 fps in HD Windowed. Its four-position ND filter wheel offers clear, 2-stop, 4-stop, and 6-stop filters.
