Blackmagic Streaming Encoder HD - W-WPR-07

Blackmagic Streaming Encoder HD is a powerful self-contained streaming processor designed for professional live production in Qatar. It supports H.264 streaming in 720p, 1080i and 1080p HD using SRT or RTMP protocols, allowing direct streaming to services including YouTube, Facebook, X and other platforms. Streaming can be performed through Ethernet or by connecting a 5G or 4G phone for mobile internet access.

The unit features one SDI video input with loop output and a dedicated SDI monitor output, supporting 1.5G, 3G, 6G and 12G SDI rates. It accepts HD and Ultra HD input standards, including resolutions up to 2160p60, with Rec. 709 and Rec. 2020 color spaces. The SDI input automatically detects SMPTE level A or B for 3G SDI signals. Embedded audio support includes 16 channels on SDI input and loop output, while HDMI monitor output provides two channels of embedded audio.

For monitoring and control, the encoder includes SDI and HDMI monitor outputs supporting 1080p50, 1080p59.94 and 1080p60. A built-in 2.2 inch color LCD displays video, audio, status and menu settings. The front panel provides six buttons and a spin knob, with device control available through the front panel, USB-C or Ethernet. REST API support enables external control over Ethernet.

The encoder supports CEA-608 and CEA-708 closed captions, source timecode over RTMP and SRT, remote camera control, tally and talkback. It also provides USB-C webcam output up to 1080p60 and Ethernet connectivity for streaming, configuration and software updates.

With a compact one-third rack unit width and one rack unit height, internal 100–240V AC power, 12V DC input and 21W power usage, Blackmagic Streaming Encoder HD is suitable for professional streaming and broadcast workflows across Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan.
