Mini Converter SDI to Audio is a professional SDI audio de-embedder designed for extracting audio from SD and HD SDI sources in Bahrain. It supports SDI formats up to 1080p60 and provides balanced analog and digital audio outputs for connecting professional audio equipment.
The converter features one SD, HD or 3G-SDI input, plus an alternate SDI input that automatically switches over if the main input fails. A loop-through SDI output is also provided, allowing the incoming video signal to continue to other equipment. Mini Converter SDI to Audio provides four channels of professional balanced analog audio and eight channels of professional balanced AES/EBU audio through ¼-inch connections. It supports 525i59.94 NTSC and 625i50 PAL SD formats, a wide range of 720p and 1080 video standards, and 2K DCI formats including 23.98p, 24p, 25p, and PsF standards.
The unit supports 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 SDI video sampling, YUV and RGB color spaces, and 48 kHz, 24-bit SDI audio. Configuration is available through mini switches or USB software on compatible Mac and Windows systems. A 12V universal power supply is included, while power consumption is 5.52 Watts.
