Mini Converter Audio to SDI 4K is a professional broadcast converter designed to embed multi-channel audio into SDI video connections in Bahrain. It supports 4 channels of professional balanced analog audio or 8 channels of professional balanced AES/EBU digital audio, making it suitable for integrating audio mixers, analog decks, routers, and video equipment.

The converter features one SD, HD, or 6G-SDI video input with an alternate SDI input for automatic switching if the main input fails. An embedded SDI output carries the selected video signal together with the embedded audio. The unit supports standard 1/4-inch jack connections for both analog and digital audio inputs.

With multi-rate support, the converter automatically detects SD, HD, or 6G-SDI signals. Supported video standards include SD, HD, 2K, Ultra HD, and 4K DCI formats up to 2160p30 and 4Kp30 DCI. It supports 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 video sampling, YUV and RGB color spaces, and professional SDI standards including SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 296M, SMPTE 372M, and SMPTE ST-2081.

The converter provides SDI reclocking and automatic SDI switching, while USB 2.0 connectivity enables software upgrades and configuration. Settings can be controlled using mini switches or USB software. A 12V universal power supply with international socket adapters is included.
