Ultimatte 12 4K is an advanced real time compositing processor designed for keying live action video with next generation broadcast graphics, virtual sets and more. Ultimatte 12 4K features new algorithms and color science, incredible edge handling and color separation, amazing color fidelity, and better spill suppression than ever before. The high performance 12G-SDI design gives you the power to work in Ultra HD and HD with sub pixel processing for an amazing image.
Designed for professional production environments in United Arab Emirates, Ultimatte 12 4K provides eight SDI video inputs, nine SDI video outputs and seven reclocked SDI loop outputs. It supports SD, HD and Ultra HD video standards with 10-bit color precision, 4:2:2 video sampling and REC 601, REC 709 and REC 2020 color spaces. Multiple rate support enables automatic detection of SD, HD, 6G-SDI and 12G-SDI signals.
The processor also includes SMPTE 2110 video input and output connectivity, allowing integration with modern IP-based broadcast infrastructures. Foreground, background, matte, layer and other composite sources can be combined with powerful fill, matte, program and talent outputs. A 6GB non-volatile Media Pool provides internal storage for supported still image formats.
Control is available through the built-in 2.2-inch color display, front-panel controls, Ethernet connectivity, Ultimatte Software Control and the optional Ultimatte Smart Remote 4. Dual internal 100-240V AC power supplies and a compact 1 rack unit design support professional installation.
