Teranex Mini HDMI to SDI 12G is a professional HDMI-to-SDI converter designed to add SDI connectivity to computers, cameras and other HDMI video sources. Supporting SD, HD, 2K, Ultra HD and 4K formats, it provides flexible signal conversion for broadcast and professional video workflows in Saudi Arabia.
The converter features one HDMI 2.0 Type A input and two 12G-SDI outputs. The SDI outputs automatically match the incoming HDMI video format and support SDI rates from standard definition through 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI and 12G-SDI. Built-in up and down conversion allows HD video to be converted to Ultra HD when required.
Teranex Mini HDMI to SDI 12G supports a wide range of SD, HD, 2K, Ultra HD and 4K video standards. SDI output uses 4:2:2 video sampling, YUV color space and 48 kHz, 24-bit audio sampling. HDMI input supports REC 601 and REC 709 color spaces with YUV 4:2:2 color precision in HD, 2K and 4K.
For professional audio integration, the converter provides two channels of balanced analog audio through XLR connectors and four channels of professional 110Ω balanced digital audio through XLR connectors. The right XLR can be configured for timecode input, while up to 16 channels of embedded audio are supported.
Configuration and software upgrades can be performed through USB or Ethernet. Basic settings are available through mini switches and software, while an optional Smart Panel adds an LCD, rotary knob and six settings buttons. Reclocking helps maintain signal quality.
Power is supplied through the built-in 100–240V AC power supply, with 48V DC PoE+ also supported. The converter consumes 16W and is designed for professional installations.
