Mini Converter SDI to HDMI 6G is a professional broadcast converter designed to convert SDI signals to HDMI for monitoring and production workflows in Saudi Arabia. It supports SD, HD, and Ultra HD formats while providing flexible audio de-embedding and advanced monitoring features.
The converter includes one SD, HD, or 6G-SDI input with an alternate SDI input for automatic redundant switching if the main input is lost. A loop SDI output is also provided, along with an HDMI Type A output. Audio can be de-embedded to two channels of balanced analog audio or two channels of AES/EBU digital audio.
For monitoring applications, the converter supports HDMI video output across SD, HD, and Ultra HD standards, including resolutions up to 2160p30. It also supports 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 video sampling, YUV and RGB color spaces, and built-in 3D LUTs. Down conversion allows Ultra HD sources to be monitored on HD HDMI displays, while HDMI instant lock helps provide rapid video display when an SDI source is connected.
The unit features SDI reclocking, automatic multi-rate detection, USB connectivity, and configuration through mini switches or USB software. It operates from a 12V universal power supply and consumes 5.2 watts.
