DeckLink IP HD Optical provides two channels of video capture and two channels of video playback to SMPTE 2110 IP broadcast systems through an SFP-based 10G optical fiber Ethernet connection, delivering professional IP video workflows in Saudi Arabia. Its 10GBASE-LR optical connection supports two input channels and two output channels, each up to 1080p60 with 16 audio channels.
The card supports SD and HD video standards including 525i59.94 NTSC, 625i50 PAL, 720p50, 720p59.94, 720p60 and 1080i or 1080p formats up to 60 frames per second. Supported codecs include AVC-Intra, AVCHD, HEVC, DNxHR, DNxHD, Apple ProRes, Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2, Uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2 and Uncompressed 10-bit 4:4:4.
DeckLink IP HD Optical supports 8, 10 and 12-bit RGB 4:4:4 up to 1080p30 and 8 or 10-bit YUV 4:2:2 in all modes. It supports REC 601, REC 709 and REC 2020 color spaces, with television-standard 48 kHz and 24-bit audio sampling.
For IP broadcast workflows, it supports SMPTE 2110-20 uncompressed video, SMPTE 2110-21 traffic shaping, SMPTE 2110-30 PCM audio and SMPTE 2110-40 ancillary data. It also supports IEEE 1588-2008 PTP v2, ST 2059-1, ST 2059-2, NMOS IS-04 discovery and registration, NMOS IS-05 connection management and NMOS grouping and receiver capability standards.
Hardware-based real-time color space conversion supports professional processing workflows. The PCI Express 4-lane Generation 2 interface is compatible with supported PCI Express slots, while the low-profile design allows flexible installation. It works with Mac, Windows and Linux systems and supports applications including DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer.
