The ATEM Television Studio HD8 2TB is a compact live production switcher with a built-in broadcast control panel. It provides a fully featured broadcast-quality live production studio with 8 standards-converted 3G-SDI inputs, built-in streaming, master recorder, multiview, USB webcam support, DVE, 4 ATEM Advanced Chroma Keyers, media players, 2TB M.2 internal storage, talkback, a 4-way Ethernet switch and optional internal cloud media storage.
For professional live production in Kuwait, the ATEM Television Studio HD8 2TB provides 8 SDI video inputs with re-sync and frame rate and format converters on all inputs. It includes 12 SDI video outputs, 2 SDI auxiliary outputs, 1 SDI program output and 1 HDMI output. Two USB-C connections support external drive recording, webcam output, software control, software updates and switcher connection.
The integrated broadcast control panel features 10 direct cross points, 20 shifted cross points, dedicated macro buttons, transition controls, AUX buttons, record and stream buttons, a fader bar, numeric keypad and 3-axis joystick. It also includes 4 upstream keyers, 2 downstream keyers, 4 advanced chroma keyers, SuperSource, 2 DVEs and 7 linear/luma keyers.
The ATEM Television Studio HD8 2TB supports direct RTMP and SRT streaming over Ethernet or USB-C, as well as Blackmagic Cloud Stream Router. Its 2TB M.2 NVMe internal storage enables direct recording, while external media can also be connected through USB-C. Program video is recorded as an H.264 .mp4 file with AAC audio.
