The Nigachi NC20 Mix Value Counter is an advanced banknote counting and sorting machine designed for banks, exchange houses, retail businesses, and cash-processing operations in Saudi Arabia. It automatically identifies supported currencies and counts mixed denominations, helping businesses streamline cash reconciliation and reduce manual counting effort.
Equipped with dual CIS image sensors, the NC20 combines image recognition with ultraviolet (UV), magnetic (MG), and infrared (IR) detection to examine banknotes during processing. It supports automatic currency identification, mixed-value counting, and sorting by denomination, face, orientation, and version. Serial number recognition helps record banknote details, while half-note, double-note, and chain-note detection supports reliable operation.
The machine features a 4.5-inch touchscreen and a multilingual interface for convenient operation. Its counting speeds include 800, 1,000, and 1,200 notes per minute, depending on the selected mode. The hopper holds up to 500 notes, the stacker accommodates up to 200 notes, and the reject pocket holds up to 100 notes. The non-stop counting system allows processing to continue while suspicious or unsuitable notes are diverted to the reject pocket.
Additional functions include Add and Batch modes, reporting, and printing support. Banknotes can be processed in all four orientations, and software updates can be installed through the USB interface. The open-channel design also helps simplify maintenance and jam removal.
The NC20 accepts banknotes measuring 50 × 110 mm to 90 × 190 mm, with a thickness of 0.075–0.15 mm. It measures 288 × 270 × 245 mm, weighs approximately 9.4 kg, and operates on AC 100–240 V at 50/60 Hz. Connectivity includes USB, RS-232, and RJ-11 interfaces.
