URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF is a revolution in digital film with a 12,288 x 6480 12K Super 35 sensor and 14 stops of dynamic range. The third generation URSA Mini Pro features new color science and shoots 80 megapixels per frame in Blackmagic RAW. You also get built in ND filters, user changeable lens mount and recording to dual CFast or SD cards. URSA Mini Pro 12K even supports recording direct to a flash disk or SSD using its built in SuperSpeed USB-C connection in Oman.
The Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF features a 27.03mm x 14.25mm Super 35 sensor with a PL lens mount included and optional EF and F lens mounts. Its 14 stops of dynamic range and advanced Blackmagic RAW recording provide substantial flexibility for professional digital filmmaking and post-production workflows.
The camera supports extensive shooting resolutions, including 12K DCI, 12K 16:9, 12K 2.4:1, and 12K anamorphic, along with 8K, 6K Super 16, and 4K formats. High-speed recording reaches up to 160fps in selected 8K and 4K modes, 240fps at 4K Super 16, and up to 75fps at 12K 2.4:1.
A four-position ND filter wheel provides clear, 2-stop, 4-stop, and 6-stop IR ND filters. The 4-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen, three assignable shortcut keys, touchscreen controls, and focus and iris functions provide convenient operation during production.
Connectivity includes 12G-SDI input and output, 3G-SDI monitoring, dual XLR audio inputs, reference inputs, LANC control, and USB-C connections for external recording and software updates. Media options include dual CFast 2.0 slots, dual SD UHS-II slots, and external USB-C storage.
