Blackmagic HyperDeck Extreme Control - W-HYD-09

The HyperDeck Extreme Control is a professional broadcast controller designed to add traditional deck controls to HyperDeck Extreme 8K. It features a familiar broadcast deck layout and provides centralized control for professional recording and playback workflows. For studios and broadcast environments in Oman, it offers convenient control of multiple compatible decks from a single unit.

With eight RS-422 deck control outputs, the HyperDeck Extreme Control can control up to eight decks using industry-standard connections. It supports the Sony control protocol and includes Tri-Sync or Black Burst reference input, while the reference output follows the reference input. A 1Gb/s Ethernet connection provides network connectivity, and USB-C is included for software updates through Blackmagic HyperDeck Setup.

The controller features an 8-digit, 7-segment LED timecode display for clear timecode monitoring. Its integrated controls provide a familiar operational experience for users accustomed to traditional broadcast decks. The unit supports both internal AC power and external 12V DC power through a 4-pin XLR connection, with a maximum power consumption of 20W.

Designed for professional installation, the HyperDeck Extreme Control has a compact 3 rack units height and half rack width configuration.
