Blanket your home in speedy Wi-Fi coverage with the RT-AX92U AiMesh AX6100 Wi-Fi System from ASUS. This package includes two tri-band RT-AX92U AiMesh routers that both support the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard. Wi-Fi 6 offers faster wireless speeds and greater network efficiency compared to previous Wi-Fi standards.
Each RT-AX92U AiMesh router comes equipped with one Gigabit Ethernet WAN port, four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A port, and one USB 2.0 Type-A port. Working together, these two AiMesh-enabled routers are capable of creating a single Wi-Fi network with a coverage area up to 5,500 ft2.
Multi-user MIMO and OFDMA technology allow multiple simultaneous data streams while boosting the speed and efficiency of the network. Link aggregation lets you combine two LAN ports for faster wired network speeds, or you can combine the WAN port with a LAN port if your internet service providers offers speeds greater than 1 Gb/s. AiProtection Pro offers protection from online threats along with a suite of parental controls. To shore up the stability of the network, you can replace the wireless 5 GHz backhaul between the two routers with a wired Ethernet connection.

The ASUS AiMesh AX6100 Wi-Fi System supports the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard, and it's designed to deliver stable Wi-Fi to every corner of your home. The 2-pack design utilizes Wi-Fi 6 as the backbone connection between the two RT-AX92U routers, transferring data at speeds up to 4804 Mb/s.
AiMesh Technology
AiMesh routers talk to each other and keep an eye on the signal strength to your device, switching it seamlessly to another source if necessary.
Backward Compatibility
In addition to Wi-Fi 6 networking, the AiMesh AX6100 Wi-Fi System offers 802.11n (Wi-Fi 4) and 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) support to provide flexible Wi-Fi that's compatible with legacy devices.
Ethernet Backhaul
Ethernet backhaul functionality allows you to use network cables to connect two RT-AX92U routers together. If you have on-wall Ethernet ports in different rooms of your home, this feature lets your routers communicate with one another over a wired connection, making your Wi-Fi system even more stable and reliable. It also reserves all the three Wi-Fi bands for your wireless devices, giving them even more network capacity.
Wi-Fi 6 Performance
The AiMesh AX6100 Wi-Fi System consists of two 4x4 tri-band RT-AX92U routers that support 160 MHz bandwidth and 1024-QAM for dramatically faster wireless connections. With a total networking speed of up to 4804 Mb/s on the second 5GHz band, the RT-AX92U 2-Pack is 2.7X faster than typical 802.11ac 4x4 routers.
OFDMA and MU-MIMO Technology
With a combination of OFDMA and multi-user MIMO technology, Wi-Fi 6 technology provides up to 4x greater network capacity and efficiency in traffic-dense environments. OFDMA support in the Wi-Fi 6 standard divides each channel into smaller sub-channels, allowing signals from multiple devices to be bundled together and transmitted simultaneously, reducing latency for a smoother, more responsive Wi-Fi experience.
Longer Battery Life for Your Devices
Target Wake Time (TWT) allows the AiMesh AX6100 Wi-Fi System to schedule designated intervals for devices to transmit data. This allows them to sleep when there is no need to wait for a router signal, reducing power consumption by up to 7x for significantly improved battery life.

Easy Setup
Pick one of the RT-AX92U routers, connect it to your internet connection, and follow the instructions in your browser or the ASUS Router app to finish setup process. Next, find the ideal place for the second RT-AX92U router, turn it on, then locate it on the network by clicking "Search" in the web-based ASUSWRT graphical interface or on the ASUS Router app. Select the second RT-AX92U and follow the instructions.
WAN Port Aggregation
In addition to LAN port aggregation, the AiMesh AX6100 Wi-Fi System supports WAN port aggregation, which combines Gigabit WAN and LAN ports to deliver internet speeds of over 1 Gb/s.
