Blackmagic URSA Cine 17K 65 is a revolution in digital film with an extremely large format 17520 x 8040 65mm RGBW sensor with larger photo-sites for 16 stops of dynamic range. This revolutionary model also includes interchangeable lens mounts, a dedicated assist station with a second 5″ HDR LCD touchscreen and industry standard Lemo and Fischer connections. Blackmagic URSA Cine 17K 65 comes with a massive 8TB of removable high performance media storage built in and also includes high speed 10G Ethernet and WiFi for fast media upload and syncing to Blackmagic Cloud, making it a powerful professional cinema camera for filmmakers in Kuwait.
The 65mm sensor measures 50.81mm x 23.32mm and features a 2.9-micron pixel pitch with 16 stops of dynamic range. It includes a PL mount interchangeable with the included LPL mount, supporting compatible PL, LPL and EF lenses.
The camera records in 17K, 12K, 8K and 4K resolutions across multiple aspect ratios. High-speed recording reaches 60fps at 17K 2.2:1, 90fps at 12K 2.4:1, 100fps at 8K 2.2:1 and 170fps at 8K 2.4:1. Built-in ND filters are not included.
Two 5-inch 1920 x 1080 LCD monitoring screens offer 1500-nit brightness and touchscreen control. Connectivity includes dual SDI outputs, two XLR inputs, headphone output, USB-C monitor ports, Lemo and Fischer connections and 10Gb/s Ethernet.
The included 8TB Blackmagic Media Module supports Blackmagic RAW recording with multiple compression options, plus simultaneous H.264 1920 x 1080 proxy recording. WiFi and Blackmagic Cloud support efficient media workflows.
